Rashvi Artistry is a brand under Rakvih Solutions Private Limited. By accessing or purchasing
from our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Display & Pricing
○ We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, minor differences in color, size, or finish may occur due to device settings or natural material variations.
○ Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.
2. Payments
○ We accept secure payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
○ Orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
○ Customers receive order confirmation via email or SMS.
○ Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Custom or bulk orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
○ Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days; delivery may take 5 to 10 working days based on the location.
○ Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. We are not liable for courier delays or delivery issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
○ Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged products. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
○ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
○ All product designs, photographs, and content are owned by Rashvi Artistry / Rakvih Solutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Liability Disclaimer
○ We are not responsible for product misuse, allergic reactions, or improper handling.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
○ All transactions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in
Bangalore, Karnataka.
